In addition to each player creating an order for her inputs, there needs to be an overall order of the players (Alice is player 1, Bob is player 2, etc). This can left up to the server, since the server is already generally trusted to be non-disruptive. (Theoretically, the ordering could also can be generated with some additional steps in a trustless fashion via secret sharing.)
