tomFlowee 11f83f411c Update details pane for encryption support 
Wallets can be opened from here now and the backup doesn't just hide but
shows a hint that a backup can only be made when the wallet is opened.

tomFlowee 9c0adc3d71 Refactor menu population 
The menu item QML control has a big flaw, you can't hide items
for specific usecases. Visibility works, but the thing still
takes space.

It probably makes much more sense to simply not add the menu
items for cases where they make no sense, as opposed to making
them invisible.

For this purpose we switch to cheap Action objects and populate
the ConfigItem menu on opening.

tomFlowee 8599e83bc3 Fix filter initial position 
Every time the AccountDetails is closed and reopened, the UI is re-
loaded. We now reset the backing model to show the default values and
match the checkbox widget.

Now the global namespace (not instance) is "Bitcoin".
The application instance now is "Pay".

tomFlowee d1bc5bf856 UX; make UI leading over models here. 
Each account has its own booleans for the model filter, but that makes no
sense in the UX as the checkbox changes as the user switches account.
Instead, copy the UI checkbox value to the new model we get.

tomFlowee 50a7df85c1 Upgrade the FloweeCheckBox 
Include the actual text in the checkbox, making it default that you can
click the text as well as the box.

Add tooltips as an option, which creates a little question-mark icon for
mobile users that can't hover. Naturally hover works as well.
