This adds a lot of plumbing in the TokensManager and MetadataRepository
to parse the data we have and extract what we need.
The actual visual display is rather simple, this is expected to evolve
as this becomes more nature. For now this works and that is the
important part.
The Wallet object used to have a guarenteed lifetime longer than the App
singleton, but then we started allowing people to delete their wallet
(argh!).
Also "external" modules, especially living outside of the main tree,
would be much more stable if they can avoid using raw pointers for core
concepts like the Wallet.
The isSingleAccount property controls if the UI is simple or more
complex.
The single account setup doesn't show you that you have any concept on
differnt accounts at all. No account chooser etc.
On Desktop, however, we choose to always show the archived wallets
anyway. Even though its not in-your-face. Which makes the behavior
between those UIs slightly different.
The addition of the limitedArchiveView property is meant to
facilitate that.
Slowly the amount of cpp sources has been growing to the point
where its just too much to store in the root of the project.
I think they are more happy in a subdir as well, getting an elevated
position for themselves.
