Port the "Pay" application to use Qt6.

This requires theHub being build using the same port branch.

Many things are made simpler with this and practically the only thing that needs more work is the QML front-end.
Notice that this is not so much due to porting itself, but because the scaling was always a bit of a hit-and miss and switching to Qt6 allows us to do this properly.

But, yeah, this means going through all the parts of the GUI and adjusting the sizes to look good.
